Career Explosions are dynamic, school-based initiatives designed by The Twenty Inc. to inspire the next generation of leaders. We bridge the gap between classroom learning and the professional world by connecting students from the WS/FCS district with local businesses, postsecondary institutions, and mentors.
Our goal is simple
To broaden horizons, strengthen workforce readiness, and build essential social capital for students who are traditionally underrepresented in professional and entrepreneurial spaces

Interactive Industry Booths
Hands-on experiences that provide insight into diverse career fields, from trades and STEM to arts and finance.
Workshops & Live Demonstrations
Practical sessions covering essential skills and industry-specific knowledge.
Battle of the Brands
Inspired by Shark Tank, this challenge encourages student teams to develop, pitch, and defend their own brand concepts to a panel of local business leaders.
Financial Literacy Gaming
Students learn real-world financial decision-making through "The Twenty for Kids Bucks"—a game where they earn currency by engaging with vendors and learn to budget, save, and invest.
